'Life Is What You Make Of It' By Jay Krishna | Digital Infotainment | Christmas Special

Life is What You Make of it.
By Jay Krishna

A Journey of mind and soul alike,
Walking in a path, undetermined.
Moving, going, racing ahead,
Not every end, has a meaning as said.
Bound by hope and not by hate,
Want of love, not ever too late.
Not happiness or grief but eternal peace;
Tears of happiness, trickles of joy.
Vanish amidst, in endless void.
Disappear the youth, disappear the sorrow,
Melt away, in endless morrow.
At last the body will lay and stay
Silent, remorse, burdened grey.
But beyond the grief, and beyond the pain,
We learn that life, a gift, venerate.
Life is what you make of it.

Then and Now

By Jay Krishna

Time waits for no one, nor can one change time according to their will, what has already happened, cannot be changed. But with time many thing changes, and it is this change that makes us who we are. But too much change can also be a worry, as too much change can turn us into something, we aren't. I remember a time when I used to take notes from my classmates, by borrowing their notebooks or takes copies of the notes that I missed via Xerox. But that time has passed, now I don't need to take anyone's notebook, or make any copies of the notes that I missed. I just take snaps of them on my Smartphone, and study them later on my tab. When there's no electricity, it doesn't stop me, instead of lighting a candle, I just increase the brightness of the screen, without moving an inch. I don't know if it's right or wrong, to be like this. But with time, many things have changed. Earlier I used to take the school bus to school or go in the city bus with my friends to college. Share, laugh, talk with them, have a look around. Now I just take my scooter instead, like sitting in a boat, with 2 rows to row my way through. When I think about it, It feels rather strange. Most of the time, I'm either at the library or chatting with my friends through Facebook, instead of spending time with them, even if their around, a few walks away. Earlier if I had any doubts in class, I used to ask. But now, I don't have the need or don't need too, as all my questions are answered, via ask.com, or with the help of some other .com. I do miss the time, when I used to play with my friends, share my ideas, thoughts, not through sms, mms, or voicemail, but in person, not Facebook, but face to face. Share a handshake, get a hug, put our hands around each other's shoulders, not with the help of 3G, but in reality, like it should be. With the advancement in technology, life has become easier, but it has also reduced the emotional bond that people once used to share, emotions have become materialistic or mechanical. I may in a sense be called old fashioned by some, but it's better to be this way, then be lost in this black hole of greed and insensitivity, where one cares for no-one, but one's self, with the capability of doing multiple things at once, which often leaves people puzzled, perplexed and still. The joy of watching the sunset has been forgotten, by the big screens on the table. I just want to say, is this really, how life is lived. The last one year or so went by so fast, that at the blink of an eye, I was in 12th, and I remember very few moments of togetherness, which made me regret later. But the past is past, and it can never be changed, nor will it come back. But now I look forward to make my present memorable, by spending time with my friends, family and teachers as much as possible, so that I too may have memories to live for.  My request to the readers, is to take the time and try to enjoy life's subtler values, how it's meant to be enjoyed. Live life not like machines, but like humans. Reach out to others not by an sms or call, but just a visit, that's all. It is these small moments of fun and laughter, that bring true feeling of joy, in one. Mind searches materialistic things, but it's the heart that craves for emotional feelings.

'The Dearly Departed' a Metaphorical Tale by Jay Krishna | Digital Infotainment

The Dearly Departed.

By Jay Krishna.

The time was 12:45. The announcement on the speaker "The last train heading towards Pune. "The Kolkata-Pune express is leaving from platform number 7 in a few minutes". Radhika rushes towards the platform, She held a travellers bag and her breath was puffing, she was shouting "Wait ! Wait for me...Please". But despite her efforts. The moment she'd reached the platform, the train had already left. She stooped down in dismay, having no other option, she went to the enquiry to ask about the next train. The staff replied that the next train will arrive only at 3 a.m. Hearing this she sighed. She walked back to the platform and sat down on a bench and began patting her face with her dupatta (scarf). She took out her phone and called her mother. "Maa, I missed the train, but don't worry I have booked a ticket for the next one and will be on my way soon, by the way my phone's low on charge so don't worry, I will call you once I've boarded". Saying this she  switched off her phone and kept it in her bag. As she lay sit, one by one people started to leave the station. The T.T was doing his timely stroll and found her sitting on the bench. He asked her if she would like to wait in the office, but she declined the offer saying she would be fine. After some time there was no-one to be seen. A few beggars were playing cards on the other side of the track. she looked at them and noticed one of them staring at her. She covered herself with a shawl and shifted her view. Her throat became dry she looked around but found all the shops to be closed. She was praying that the night goes out smoothly, when someone patted her back. She was startled and looked around to find her friend Vikrant standing behind her. He gave her a grinned smile and handed her a bottle of water. She took the bottle and asked what he was doing here? To which Vikrant replied "I wanted to see you, but if you're not happy, I will leave". He turned around and was about to leave when Radhika said "Why are you leaving, did I say I was unhappy, you're so short tempered Vikrant". She held his hand and made him sit beside her. She opened the bottle and started drinking the water, Vikrant looked at her and then started to stare at the floor. After quenching her thirst Radhika put down the bottle and asked what he was doing here at this late our hour of the night. Vikrant didn't utter a word. Radhika didn't pay much heed and said it was fine if he didn't want to tell. Vikrant looked at her and said "Radhika what do you think about me?", Radhika didn't understand what he was trying to say by this and asked what he meant. Vikrant said "Radhika, there was something I wanted to say to you for a very long time but didn't know how", taking a few seconds of silence he said "I Love You Radhika", hearing this Radhika was dumb struck, she couldn't believe her ears. It was as if she was on cloud 9. There was no-one there but them. It was the moment Radhika was waiting for so long. Without a seconds hesitation Radhika hugged him. Vikrant also embraced her. Both of them kept holding each other the next few minutes. Vikrant lifted her face, their eyes met and they kissed. During the remainder of the night, they talked about the days they spent in college, about their college friends and the fun times they shared. Radhika held his hand and found it to be really cold, she covered him with her shawl. She leaned her head on his shoulder and felt peace. Just then the train whistled at a distance. The train had arrived on time, she told Vikrant that she is going to check her ticket for confirmation and asked him to wait. She went to the railway office and met the T.T sitting in his chair. She handed him the ticket, the T.T said "It must have been really boring to sit there alone, all this while", Radhika replied "It was nothing like that, my friend was accompanying me all this time". The T.T said, "It's good to hear that you had company, but you better board the train soon , it's going to leave in 5 minutes.", Saying this the T.T. When she returned back, Vikrant was not there, she looked around but couldn't find him anywhere. The train whistled and the engine began to roll. She boarded the train and began to look in the compartment, but it was no use, Vikrant was nowhere to be seen. She took her seat. She kept looking outside. After a while the train left the station and the background was surrounded by greenery. Radhika was sad, as well as puzzled as to why he had left all of sudden, and that too even without saying "Good Bye". She took out her phone from her bag, switched it on and called her mother.

Classic Poem - 'Moving By' by Jay Krishna | Digital Infotainment

Moving By.

By Jay Krishna

Looking through the window, to gaze at the starry night.
Twinkling dew drops, natures bestowal elite.
A great big blanket, covering the endless sky,
That can bring smile on one's face, overnight.
The trees, the meadows, the whispering breeze.
The slow moving clouds, covering the moon, what a bliss.
The bright moon light, lighting the road,
Side by side, covering rows of greenwood.
The whistling cricket, making it's chirping noise,
Rather different, but really fine.
The standstill owl, with its big round eyes,
Looking left and right, at the one's passing by.
The white mist covering the forest floor,
Quite uncanny; really divine.
The coo of the nightingale, from all its heart,
Brings the magic of nature, even more apart.
Moving with nature, by my side,
casting it's shadow, with a blissful eye.
A gift that can't be measured in rain,
But only be felt, and experienced in gay.
The beauty of nature, not bound by any bar
Is outpouring tonight, in limitless part.
Though this night may have its end,
Yet there are many nights to come.
For a thing of beauty, is a joy forever.

How to get your Youtube account BANNED!! | Digital Infotainment

Hey Guys, Jay here and Welcome to Digital Infotainment!! Today we are going to discuss about a matter which all of us are worth knowing especially for those of are working for YouTube, that is how you might get your YouTube account BANNED. For those who don't know what YouTube is. YouTube is an online video sharing website started in the year 2005. Since the time of launch and till date, it is one of the most popular video sharing platform available in the market. You will find loads of content ranging from how to do videos, funny pranks, tutorials and lots more.

*So following are the key ways by which you can get your YouTube account BANNED.

1) By uploading objectionable content: As YouTube is under public domain. It is accessed by a wide range of users ranging from small kids to adults and elderly people. Any objectionable content which seems to cause discomfort or is considered not proper for a certain group of audience, can cause your video to be flagged(detained), and a strike in your account or even permanent closure of your service from YouTube.

2) Sub for Sub (also known as you follow me I follow you): According to YouTube's terms of service, you cannot follow a scheme in which you ask other YouTubers to subscribe to you channel in return for your own subscriptions to theirs. This is to ensure the quality of  content creators on YouTube and to please YouTube's valued advertisers, who want the best channels for their product to be marketed on.

3) By using bots or auto click software: YouTube had a strict policy on the use of bots and others click generation software to increase views on your YouTube videos. On finding out, YouTube bans such users from using their service.

4) Use of Cuss words or Slang: This is apparently a new rule put in YouTube's term of service. The use of any form of slang or cuss words especially on videos from which you are earning revenue. will cause your video to be flagged and a guideline strike to appear on your account.

So guys this is a brief overview of how you can get your YouTube account banned. I hope you like the post, and if you did so then please hit the LIKE button, it will really encourage me in making more such posts. If you want me to make a detailed statement on this matter, then comment below and let me know :).
